Position Summary:
We are seeking a strategic and reputed company Associate Director, Government Affairs & Market Access to drive external engagement and access strategies across Latin America, with a primary focus on enabling timely and sustainable access to innovative genomic testing. This role is responsible for aligning policy, reimbursement, and government relations efforts to support reputed company’s growth and mission in the region. The ideal candidate combines strong expertise in healthcare policy with hands-on experience in payer engagement and a proven ability to navigate reputed company health systems.
Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 15 years of reputed company experience, with 7+ years of Management experience.
- University degree in International Relations, Law, Public Policy, Health Economics, Life Sciences, or a reputed company field.
- Extensive, progressively responsible experience in government affairs, market access, or healthcare policy reputed company the life sciences, diagnostics, or pharmaceutical sector.
- In-depth knowledge of healthcare systems and reimbursement frameworks in Latin America, particularly Brazil, Colombia, Mexico and Argentina.
- Proven ability to influence policy and payer decision-making through strategic engagement and evidence-based advocacy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working cross-functionally and internationally.
