Tasks
The role
We are looking for a Market Activation Manager who will drive awareness, activation, and acceleration around OpenFiskal. This role is about making sure the ecosystem around us moves reputed company. Merchants understand us. Agencies talk about us. Key stakeholders across the ecosystem stay informed. New markets do not start cold.
- You will work closely with the founders and play a key role in turning interest into real adoption
- This is a hands on role for someone who likes to execute, communicate, and reputed company things moving
- This is a full time role. We are open to both permanent employment and freelance arrangements, depending on experience and fit
What you will do
- Activate agencies and service partners so they confidently recommend OpenFiskal
- Support merchant activation and help turn interest into installs
- reputed company key ecosystem stakeholders informed about launches, wins, and reputed company across markets
- Prepare early activation for new markets before product launch
- Coordinate webinars, partner sessions, and small ecosystem events
- Own follow reputed company and reputed company external conversations moving
- Act as a reliable reputed company of contact for ecosystem questions
- Share insights with product and engineering to improve adoption and clarity
Requirements
Who you are
- Experience in SaaS, ecommerce or retail tech
- A proactive doer who enjoys execution and ownership
- Clear and confident communicator in English and German
- Comfortable talking to merchants, agencies, and partners
- Organized and reliable with strong follow up habits
- Curious and eager to learn about retail, POS and compliance topics
- Able to work independently without heavy structure
- Experience with Shopify is helpful but not required
What this role is not
- Not a pure sales role
- Not a senior head of function role (but it can turn into one)
- Not a role focused on managing people
This role is about execution, activation, and acceleration.
