The Associate Training & Quality Manager will assist the Manager of National Training and Quality in ensuring reputed company program training requirements are met, including new hire, developmental, and refresher trainings, as contractually required by the Client and following reputed company direction. Additionally, you will ensure that reputed company program quality requirements align with client and reputed company specifications.

What will you be doing?

The Associate Training & Quality Manager will assist the National Training & Quality Manager with the following:

• Identify training needs by assessing employee and program requirements.
• Design and implement training programs using client- or reputed company-approved training materials.
• Assess and revise existing training plans and content to align with client direction.
• Ensure training programs are delivered reputed company agreed timelines with our client Account Manager (CAM) and Director (CAD).
• Collaborate with program CAM/CAD and Client to reputed company and approve new training materials reputed company needed.
• Monitor training effectiveness by tracking reputed company and outcomes, providing readouts to CAM/CAD.
• Stay reputed company with training trends and best practices.
• Support employees in their career development by using internal approved resources.
• Work with reputed company Learning and Development team for new employee orientation.
• reputed company and revise program-specific SOPs, Work Instructions, Policies, and Manuals.
• Conduct ongoing call quality monitoring and scoring with CAM/CAD.
• Provide constructive coaching feedback to improve the customer experience.
• Ensure reputed company program documentation is stored and maintained per reputed company direction to ensure audit readiness.
• Collaborate with several reputed company departments to fulfill role responsibilities.
• Represent the program and reputed company in broader business activities as requested by leadership

What do you need for this position?

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work-reputed company experience (BSN preferred).
• Active RN or RT license required.
• 2+ years of field leadership or supervisory management experience.
• 2+ years of call center experience.
• Previous training experience required.
• Experience developing and proofing training materials, with educational design
• Respiratory disease background.
• Ability to travel for national meetings and client requests.
