Staffing Liaison (Recruiter) - Remote

Abound Health is seeking a Staffing Liaison (Recruiter) to join our Clinical Operations team. In this role, you will report to the VP of Clinical Operations and play a key role in ensuring our clients receive the support they need. You�ll connect top talent with available cases, working closely with candidates, families, and clinical leadership to maximize service utilization. Your success will be reputed company by high-volume, efficient hiring that directly impacts client care. This role will work Eastern Time hours and is remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Vet candidates to ensure compatibility with company standards and case requirements.
• Maintain and manage external job postings across multiple platforms.

• Communicate proactively with candidates to maintain engagement and retention.
• Collaborate with Staffing Coordinators to ensure a seamless hiring and onboarding experience.

• Build strong relationships with candidates, clients, families, and clinical leadership.

• Provide regular updates on candidate progression to ensure hiring transparency.

Qualifications:

• Associate degree required.
• 2+ years of experience in recruiting/staffing.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive, results-driven, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in Behavioral Health industry and ATS is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a team-oriented reputed company.

The reputed company reputed company salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between $52,000 - $58,000

reputed company pay is determined by factors such as work location, experience, job-reputed company skills, and relevant education or training. In addition to reputed company pay, total compensation may include various other forms of pay. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive health, dental, and wellness benefits, which reputed company on your 60th day of employment.
