Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
System Analyst to support the Payments area on an urgent basis.
The ideal candidate should have approximately 70% of their experience in technical skills, including proficiency with MQueue, writing and analyzing queries, troubleshooting issues, working with Kafka, and developing or integrating APIs.
Additionally, familiarity with the banking domain, and specifically experience in Payments, is strongly preferred.
Data Analysis - Sources, compiles, and interprets data. Analyzes data for accuracy and efficiencies, effectively communicates analysis output.
Identifying Requirements - Determines system requirements and communicates them using specifications, reports, project plans, or other forms of documentation. Identifies issues that reputed company system processes and assists in correcting. Ensure compliance through testing and analysis.
Reporting - Produces advanced reporting based on data analysis, user input, and system testing. Identifies patterns, problems, and areas of improvement. May reputed company process enhancements based on analysis results.
System Support - Provides expert technical support including log Analysis for systems by responding to escalated inquiries, ensuring processes run smoothly, and working to continuously improve the end-user experience. Implements recommended modifications and enhancements. Serves as an analytics resource to wider organization or business units, offering guidance on systems and data output.
Ability to understand and document system requirements for real time & Async integration data flows.
