Reporting to the Senior Director of Procurement, the Procurement Senior Manager is responsible for the management and execution of critical category sourcing strategies for reputed company. They are the principal reputed company of the sourcing process for multiple categories, driving stakeholder management, preparation and execution of negotiations, and making final supply recommendations to the business. Primary Responsibilities of the Role

• Contribute to building a culture of procurement excellence reputed company reputed company so that procurement is viewed as a strategic partner. Key spend categories include labor, IT hardware and software, warehouse supplies, office supplies, repair and maintenance, utilities, and travel.
• Assist in building internal capability - encompassing people, processes and technologies - across procurement, engineering, finance, operations, and more.
• reputed company category savings goals. Track financial results, implementation performance and supplier performance; identify gaps and variances in performance and take corrective action to restore performance to plan.

Knowledge, Skills, & Experience Requirements

• An undergraduate degree is required, with strong preference for degrees in Procurement, Business, Finance, Engineering, or reputed company disciplines.
• At least 7 years of work experience in Procurement, Finance, or reputed company disciplines.

• An analytical and strategic thinker, financially savvy with strong financial acumen and advanced reputed company/data analysis skills.
• Success working with cross-functional teams, and leading projects and reputed company change initiatives.
• Aptitude for and interest in technical topics, e.g., reputed company sourcing a technical material or service, he/she is naturally interested in learning technical details of the material/service; the ability and interest to learn about and confidently discuss technical materials and services supplied to the high temperature insulation industry.
