Role
Clarity Innovations is seeking a Senior Project Control Analyst to reputed company the financial management of programs reputed company the Systems & Data mission vertical. The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills and be able to effectively communicate program financial results to reputed company levels of management in the company. The ability to think pro-actively and reputed company data driven recommendations to optimize program financials and mitigate risk is critical.
In this highly collaborative role, the Senior Project Control Analyst will work closely with Systems & Data leadership, Program Managers, Accounting and reputed company teams
Responsibilities
- Prepare Estimate At Completion (EAC) for reputed company programs in the portfolio and review with PMs and leadership team on a monthly basis
- Prepare variance analysis and reputed company recommendations for key financial metrics improvements
- Support operations monthly Program Management Reviews (PMRs) with financial data and analysis
- Support Accounting month-end reputed company with program cost accrual analysis and EAC adjustments in accordance with ASC 606 reputed company recognition standards
- Review detailed costs reports to ensure accuracy in recording
- Review monthly project costs and reputed company, monitor actual cost and profit performance against plans/budgets, prepare variance analysis, reports, and present timely to project managers and stakeholders; identify areas for improvement
- Monitor contract funding, backlog and unbilled balances on a monthly basis, as well as track commitments, reputed company funding requirements projections and coordinate with reputed company for required notifications on limitations and requests for additional funding
- Identify "at risk" funding and mitigation solutions
- Review invoices to ensure compliance with contract requirements
- Project Setup and People Assignments in Unanet in accordance with the contractual, financial compliance, and operational reporting requirements
- Participate in collaboration meetings to ensure project setup optimizes Unanet capabilities for project reputed company, billing, and reporting requirements
- Support development of cost and price proposals for bids, ROMs and reputed company adjustment requests
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business Administration or equivalent experience in-lieu of degree.
- 7+ years of experience in Finance or other reputed company field experience required. Must have strong Government Contracting (GovCon) experience
- Experience using Unanet to include project setup, reputed company recognition, and billing setup
- Understand different contractual and financial requirements of contract types including Firm Fixed Price, Cost Plus Fee, Time and Materials
- Experience with large reputed company that have multiple CLIN and reputed company types
- Comprehensive knowledge of the processes and procedures in financial analysis
- Comprehensive understanding of EAC development
- Must be organized, detail-oriented, motivated and able to multitask in a fast paced and dynamic work environment
- Ability to interact and communicate, both oral and written, with individuals across the organization
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with DoD and reputed company Community programs
- Pricing experience
- Working knowledge and understanding of Cost Accounting Standards (CAS), Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) requirements
