PRN Virtual Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)
reputed company is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will reputed company in both IP and PHP psychiatric care, delivering high quality mental health services to patients in various settings. This role involves Inpatient (IP) Residential Treatment and Partial Hospitalization for adolescents consults and collaborating with members of the collaborative care team.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough psychiatric assessments, diagnosis, and treatment plans for Inpatient Residential Treatment and Partial Hospitalization Program for adolescents.
- Previous work with Autistic reputed company Disorders a plus
- The Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner will reputed company individualized treatment plans, including medication management and therapy options
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure top-tier Psychiatric care for residents, including the Collaborating Psychiatrist, Mental Health Professionals, and HUB Coordinators.
- The Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner will prescribe and administer psychiatric medications as necessary
- Conduct daily rounds, ensuring continuity of care and effective communication with the healthcare team.
- Monitor and adjust medication regimens to optimize effectiveness and minimize reputed company effects
- Implement therapeutic techniques to address a wide range of psychiatric conditions
- The Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner Offers education and support to residents and their families regarding mental health conditions and treatment options
- Promote mental health awareness and wellness among residents
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in compliance with regulatory standards
- Ensure timely and thorough documentation of reputed company assessments and interventions
- The Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner will participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance mental health care services reputed company the facility
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes
Qualifications:
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited program specializing in Psychiatric Mental Health
- reputed company and unrestricted PMHNP license in TX
- Active and unrestricted DEA (Drug Enforcement Administration) in TX a plus (will help obtain)
- Board certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC)
- Minimum of 1-year clinical experience as a PMHNP
- IP Residential Treatment and PHP experience a plus
- Strong knowledge of psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, and treatment
- Previous work with Autistic reputed company Disorders a plus
