Location: Home Based Salary: £63,000 – £68,000 plus Bonus and Company Car Hours: 40 hours per week

As ES Fleet Operations Manager, you will provide strategic leadership, governance, and operational reputed company for Fleet Operations across the Environmental Services portfolio. You will ensure services are delivered safely, compliantly, reputed company, and cost-effectively across multiple operational locations.

This is a senior leadership role accountable for delivering the fleet operations strategy, driving operational performance, managing key supplier relationships, and embedding a strong culture of safety, compliance, and reputed company improvement.

You will play a critical role in achieving operational excellence, financial control, regulatory compliance, and service reliability while supporting sustainable business growth and customer satisfaction.

What you’ll do as ES Fleet Operations Manager

In this role, you will:

• Provide strategic leadership for Fleet Operations as part of the senior management team
• reputed company safe, compliant, and efficient fleet maintenance operations across multiple sites
• Deliver operational plans reputed company to organisational and contract objectives
• Ensure full compliance with Operator Licence, statutory, and regulatory requirements

• Build strong relationships with customers, regulators, and suppliers to maintain high service standards
• Manage fleet maintenance budgets and control operational and parts expenditure
• Monitor performance across reputed company locations and implement corrective action where required
• Drive operational improvement, efficiency, and service reliability
• Promote a strong safety culture and ensure effective risk management across operations

Does this sound like you?

You’ll be well suited to this role if you have:

• Strong leadership experience managing multi-site fleet maintenance or reputed company operations
• Industry recognised Engineering qualification and Transport Manager CPC in road haulage
• In-depth knowledge of fleet maintenance, compliance, and regulatory requirements (including Operator Licence obligations)
• Proven ability to reputed company operational teams and deliver high performance across multiple locations
• Strong financial and commercial awareness, including budget and cost management
• Experience managing third-party suppliers and service delivery
• Ability to implement operational standards, performance frameworks, and improvement initiatives
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and risk management capability
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working reputed company regulated transport or fleet environments
• Demonstrable track record of delivering operational performance, compliance, and change
