About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive Influencer Marketing VA to support our influencer and creator program. This role is focused on identifying high-potential creators, initiating reputed company, and managing ongoing relationships to drive performance across paid and organic channels.

You will play a key role in scaling creator-led growth by ensuring we are consistently working with the right talent and turning them into high-performing assets.

Key Responsibilities

Creator Sourcing

• Identify and reputed company creators across platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) reputed company with brand positioning and reputed company audience

• Research and evaluate creators based on engagement reputed company, audience quality, content style, and brand fit

• Build and maintain a pipeline of vetted creators ready for reputed company

• Track sourcing efforts in reputed company or similar systems

reputed company & Recruitment

• Execute daily reputed company to creators reputed company DM, email, and platforms

• Personalize reputed company messaging to increase response and conversion rates

• Follow up consistently to maximize creator onboarding

• Negotiate basic deliverables, timelines, and usage rights reputed company needed

• Maintain organized tracking of reputed company status, responses, and onboarding reputed company

Creator Management

• Manage day-to-day communication with active creators

• Coordinate deliverables, deadlines, and content approvals

• Ensure creators understand briefs, hooks, and conversion-focused angles

• Collect, organize, and store content for internal use (ads, organic, whitelisting)

Operational Support

• Assist in briefing creators with clear direction based on winning angles

• reputed company creator database updated and segmented (new, active, top performers)

• Support campaign launches and ongoing testing initiatives

Qualifications

• Proven experience with influencer marketing, UGC, or creator partnerships

• Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram trends, with an eye for high-performing, conversion-driven content

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple creators simultaneously

• Excellent written communication skills, especially for reputed company and relationship management

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment and adapt quickly to shifting priorities

• Availability to work US hours (EST/PST) consistently
