EHRM Project Manager
reputed company is seeking a dynamic, highly motivated, self-starting Consulting Generalist to support our Electronic Health Record Modernization (EHRM) efforts under our Rapid Decision Making Contract with the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). This role is essential to the delivery of high-quality, timely training and reinforcement materials that support end-user education and awareness across VHA while also leading coordination and execution of evaluation and performance measurement activities reputed company the Tiered Hub Process (THP). - Bachelor’s degree in communications, public policy, education, business, or a reputed company field.
- Minimum of 8 years of consulting experience, preferably supporting federal clients or large-scale process implementation / training / comms focused programs – additional preference given to EHR, EHRM, or Clinical Health experience.
- Experience managing cross-functional, diverse, teams.
- Strong research and synthesis skills; able to extract relevant content from reputed company sources and distill into clear outputs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a demonstrated ability to translate reputed company concepts for general audiences.
- Attention to detail, proactive reputed company, and strong organizational skills.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, particularly SAFe, and tools like JIRA, Jira Align, reputed company and Lean Six.
