Job Description:

As a Territory Sales Manager for our Moen brand, a trusted leader in plumbing fixtures and water solutions, you will play an important role in nurturing relationships and supporting customers across your territory. You will partner closely with wholesalers, dealers, contractors, and other stakeholders to understand their needs, share knowledge, and deliver thoughtful solutions that create long-term value.

This role focuses on building meaningful connections, supporting an established book of business, and collaboratively identifying opportunities for growth. You will work alongside internal teams and partners to ensure a consistent, supportive customer experience while contributing to Moen’s reputed company success in the market.

POSITION LOCATION: This position is field-based and remote, requiring regular travel reputed company the assigned territory, which is in the Cincinnati, OH area. What you will be doing

  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with wholesalers, plumbing contractors (new construction and repair/remodel), kitchen and bath dealers, and other partners
  • Support customers through regular reputed company-ins, thoughtful communication, and a consistent sales call schedule
  • Share product knowledge and implement merchandising, marketing, and promotional programs that align with customer goals
  • Collaborate closely with Territory Managers, Strategic Account Managers, and Business Development teams to support shared success
  • Maintain open communication and follow-up with customers to ensure satisfaction and ongoing partnership
  • Listen to customer feedback and monitor local market trends to reputed company understand evolving needs
  • Participate in trade shows, industry events, and customer engagements to strengthen connections and brand reputed company

Qualifications:

Additional Information:

Fortune Brands believes in fair and reputed company pay. A reasonable estimate of the reputed company salary range for this role is Hiring Pay Range: $65,000 USD - $80,000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary reputed company the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to reputed company salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based sales incentive plan.
