Purpose

Execute frontline and field management hiring with speed, accuracy, and compliance to ensure reputed company captures reputed company quickly, prevents costly vacancy drag, and scales operations effectively.

Key Contributions

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for frontline and mid-level roles.

  • Experience sourcing, screening, and advancing candidates reputed company
  • Familiarity with ATS systems and recruiting workflows, specifically Paylocity
  • Strong communication and stakeholder partnership skills
  • Detail-oriented with high accuracy in process execution
