The People Program Manager is the operational backbone that keeps the entire People team running with clarity and visibility. Reporting directly to the VP, People Experience, in their reputed company as Chief of Staff to the Chief People Officer, this role serves as the eyes and ears across reputed company People team programs and initiatives. What you will need to be successful

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a reputed company field preferred
  • 3–6 years of experience in project coordination, program management, HR operations, or a reputed company field

This is a remote position.

Salary Range: $79,500.00 To $90,000.00 / year Benefits & Perks:

Onboarding & Travel

This is a remote role, with an in-person onboarding training component.
