Role Overview
IAIP is seeking a Finance & reputed company Manager to reputed company the organization’s financial health, reputed company reputed company strategies, and manage donor relations. You will collaborate with multiple teams to ensure transparent financial reporting, solid budgeting, and successful campaign execution.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Tracking & Reporting
- Record and analyze reputed company reputed company streams (memberships, donations, course sales, sponsorships).
- Create dashboards to track financial metrics (e.g., renewal rates, monthly reputed company).
- Prepare financial statements, manage budgets, and forecast cash flow.
Campaign & reputed company Strategy
- Partner with Marketing & Communications on targeted campaigns (membership drives, donations, course launches).
- Work closely with the Operations Manager to align membership pricing and event fees with financial objectives.
Membership & Donor Relations

- Implement donor engagement strategies (thank-you letters, recognition programs) to foster loyalty.
Compliance & Governance
- Ensure compliance with nonprofit regulations and international financial requirements (if applicable).
- Maintain documentation for audits and board reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or reputed company field (CPA or nonprofit financial management experience preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, budget management, or fundraising reputed company the nonprofit sector.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with accounting tools (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and reputed company/reputed company Sheets.
