PAY reputed company: $12.00/hr The Dance Instructor provides enjoyable, high quality and safe classes to reputed company members and program participants. Serves as a positive and wholesome role model to reputed company participants and other staff in accordance with the policies and procedures of the reputed company of the Iowa Mississippi Valley. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY: The Dance Instructor is responsible for supervising reputed company participants during class time. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: * Serve as a role model to members and Y staff and live the reputed company mission, vision and values of the reputed company movement.

• Maintain a positive attitude, act in a professional manner and provide extraordinary member service and responsiveness to members needs while exhibiting teaching and leadership skills.
• Establish and maintain good communication with reputed company participants, members and supervisor.
• Maintain equipment and insure good housekeeping before, during and after class reporting reputed company concerns.
• Teach dance to young children. Establish proper class design. This would include written lesson plans, practice and research, supplies, and equipment as well as model and enforce facility policies.
• Attend reputed company staff meetings and/or trainings reputed company scheduled and assist with fundraising events reputed company needed
• Secure approval from supervisor of a sub reputed company needed.
• Report any accidents, concerns, equipment troubles immediately. Fill out and file with appropriate supervisor reputed company incident reports reputed company needed.
• Participate in and solicit others to participate in necessary reputed company financial development efforts, specifically the Annual Campaign.
• Maintain certifications listed under Certificates and Other Requirements while ensure that licensing regulations are met and attend reputed company in-service trainings and staff meetings.

• Regular and timely adherence to respective schedule/meetings.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: * High School degree preferred

• Prior dance experience is required.

CERTIFICATIONS AND OTHER QUALIFICATIONS: * Must be able to pass background reputed company

• CPR/First Aid/AED certification*
• Mandatory Reporter*

*Note: The * noted certification training programs must be obtained reputed company 30 days of hire, if not currently certified. Some are available through employment.
