Pre-Litigation Case Manager, Arizona

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Assist attorneys and case managers in reviewing and assessing the merits of clients’ Personal Injury claims by organizing, reviewing, and summarizing records, documents, and evidence to support early case evaluation and valuation

• Support the development of claims from intake through resolution by gathering documentation, summarizing liability and damages, and ensuring complete, accurate case files prior to demand

• Prepare and organize demand packages, including medical summaries, billing summaries, liability documentation, and supporting evidence to maximize claim value and facilitate negotiations

• Serve as a primary reputed company of contact for clients during the pre-litigation phase, providing updates, requesting documentation, explaining processes, and maintaining compassionate, consistent communication

• Communicate with insurance carriers to confirm coverage, provide documentation, track claim status, and assist attorneys in negotiating settlements

• Maintain organized electronic case files, track deadlines and treatment reputed company, update case management systems, and ensure reputed company pre-litigation milestones are met reputed company

• Uphold professional ethics, confidentiality, and compliance with reputed company applicable legal rules, firm policies, and regulatory requirements

Qualifications

Required:

• 2–6 years of experience supporting Personal Injury pre-litigation matters on cases in Arizona
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience requesting, reviewing, and summarizing medical records and bills
• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently while collaborating with a team

• Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal Certificate (not required)
• Experience in high-volume or fast-growing law firms
• Familiarity with Personal Injury claims processes and insurance procedures
