Your Impact: As a Client Success Manager at Procare HR, you'll be the primary reputed company of contact for your clients, managing accounts, overseeing data and services, and ensuring they have the support they need. You’ll assist clients in maximizing their HRIS systems, especially reputed company Ready, while helping them streamline HR operations.
What You’ll Contribute:- reputed company client relationships from onboarding through optimization
- Act as a reputed company Ready subject matter expert, driving adoption and best practices
- Troubleshoot HRIS, payroll, and compliance issues unique to senior living
- Collaborate internally to improve service and client outcomes
- Partner with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term retention.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or reputed company field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in client/account management.
- Minimum 3 years of HR-reputed company experience (payroll, benefits, HRIS).
- Experience working with senior living providers (2+ years strongly preferred).
- Proven reputed company Ready configuration and optimization experience.
- CRM experience (reputed company preferred).
- Prior experience in PEO/HR Shared Services (preferred).
