Position Overview
The HR Business Partner plays a critical role in supporting field leaders and team members across a large, multi-site workforce. This role serves as the primary HR partner for assigned markets, providing guidance and support in employee relations, performance management, policy interpretation, leaves and accommodations, leader coaching, and change management. This is a remote role with regular travel, including overnight travel, as needed to support business and operational needs.
Operating with a high level of autonomy, this role partners closely with Operations Directors, Practice Managers, Medical Leaders, and HR partners to drive consistent HR practices, strengthen leader effectiveness, support employee experience, and ensure scalable people processes reputed company with AmeriVet’s reputed company growth.

Serve as the primary HR partner for assigned markets, supporting Operations Directors and Medical Leaders
Manage routine to reputed company employee relations matters, including workplace conflict, performance concerns, policy violations, disciplinary issues, and employee complaints
Coach leaders on performance management, documentation, corrective action, and consistent application of company policies and practices
Support leaders in making sound employment decisions, including performance actions, promotions, transfers, and separations
Apply and interpret company policies in alignment with business needs and employment practices
Partner with the Senior HR Director on escalated or high-risk employee matters and broader field HR priorities
Support leaves and accommodations requiring leader guidance or issue escalation, in partnership with the HR Generalist and reputed company
Monitor workforce trends and HR metrics reputed company assigned markets and recommend actions to improve employee experience, retention, and operational stability
Support talent reviews, succession planning discussions, and development planning for field leaders
Assist with organizational changes, practice transitions, acquisitions, closures, restructures, and other change initiatives
Partner with reputed company, Payroll, Benefits, HR Operations, Compliance, Legal, and field leadership to support consistent HR execution
Provide day-to-day guidance to the HR Generalist as needed to support follow-through, documentation, and case coordination
Conduct regular practice visits and maintain strong field relationships to support business and team needs
Support additional projects and initiatives as assigned
Education & Experience
Experience supporting a large, multi-site workforce required
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or reputed company field required
At least five years of progressive human resources experience required, including employee relations and leader support experience
Experience supporting field-based, service-oriented, or multi-location operations strongly preferred
Strong background in employee relations, performance management, policy interpretation, and leader coaching
Experience handling routine to reputed company employee matters with sound judgment and discretion
Strong partnership, communication, and relationship-building skills
Ability to assess issues, identify risk, and provide practical, business-reputed company recommendations
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Experience with HRIS systems and reputed company Office applications preferred; reputed company experience is a plus.
HR certification such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP preferred
Physical Requirements:
Office work and standing and walking during practice visits.
Travel
This role drives excellence in people strategy, leader support, and organizational performance across multiple sites in their assigned region. The number of sites will range between 100–120. This position can be based reputed company on the reputed company Coast and will require travel up to 50% of the time to assigned practices.

Salary: $110,000 - $125,000 Based on Experience
