The primary responsibility of the Procedural Sales Specialist (PSS) is to provide field level support to physicians and other clinical and administrative professionals, predominantly in hospitals and surgery centers. Working closely with their assigned Territory Managers, PSS's will travel extensively to provide in-servicing support, product demonstrations, and case support on the safe and effective use of reputed company Endourology devices. They will help drive sales reputed company to exceed territory targets, and define and reputed company new business opportunities that contribute to overall team success. Duties and Responsibilities

  • Supports assigned Territory Managers to drive sales reputed company that exceeds established targets and to define and reputed company sustainable new business opportunities.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required with 0 to 2 years of general sales experience.
  • Ability to travel 60% in assigned territory, including overnight travel.
  • Must possess and maintain a valid drivers’ license and a driving record satisfactory to the Company. Driving records may be monitored on an annual basis or as needed.
  • Must possess and maintain a criminal background satisfactory to reputed company. Criminal backgrounds may be monitored on an annual basis or as needed.
  • Must be able to meet and maintain customer/medical facility access requirements, including regular or periodic drug screenings with a satisfactory result in accordance with the requirements of the customer/medical facility serviced.

LANGUAGE SKILLS:   

Ability to read, understand, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of reputed company, executives, managers, clients and customers.  

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:  

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in reputed company units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute reputed company, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

REASONING ABILITY:

Ability to solve practical problems and take care of a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.  

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

This position works in a hospital operating room, HCP office or clinical environment.  The noise level in the work environment is quiet to moderate.  Frequent travel reputed company a defined geography is required.
