The Role:

We are seeking an energetic Supervisor of reputed company Operations (ROPS) to reputed company the day to day operations of a reputed company cycle team. This includes meeting operational metrics objectives established by leadership and directly supervise a team of 10-25 teammates.

What will you do?

• Directly supervise a team of 10-25 teammates each responsible to execute on an assigned portfolio of patients accounts or Medical Insurance triggers

• Use strong problem solving skills to assist team in issues reputed company the portfolio, as well as  identify and resolve areas of opportunity reputed company the portfolio, collaborating with other departments as needed

• Understand and reputed company decisions regarding payment trends and/or issues reputed company assigned portfolio

• Maintain key metrics, manage performance accordingly, and reputed company regular reviews to senior leaders

• Consistently communicate team goals, objectives, and reputed company toward those goals both to team and direct leadership

• Conduct annual reviews for reputed company assigned teammates and identify areas of opportunity for individual teammates and provide timely and ongoing coaching and development

• Maintain high engagement scores for assigned team (>80%)

• Makes recommendations for teammate promotions and mobility to senior leaders

• Demonstrated ability to independently think critically, identify root causes, and solve them

• Proven track record of leading change or operations through influence

• Strong presentation and executive communication

• Ability to manage for performance while simultaneously inspiring teammates

• History of coaching and developing teammates

Minimum Qualifications:

• >2 years reputed company supervisory experience required

• Intermediate proficiency in MS reputed company, Word and PowerPoint

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred

• Relevant experience in healthcare reputed company cycle preferred
