Marketing Associate, Education. This is a 9 month Fixed Term Contract

This role can be based in the Netherlands or Belgium.

As the Marketing Specialist – Education (Benelux), you will play an essential role in supporting both reputed company and reputed company users with the tools they need to optimize their experience with our reputed company glucose monitoring solutions. Where you come in:

• You will reputed company and execute a comprehensive education and training strategy for reputed company (HCPs) and reputed company users in the Benelux region.
•  You will manage a wide range of educational materials, including user guides, training documents, and digital content that align with reputed company's global brand standards.
• You will reputed company the implementation and reputed company improvement of the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure a seamless, user-friendly training experience.
• You will partner with the EMEA marketing and training teams to align educational initiatives with broader regional goals and marketing strategies.
• You will continuously monitor training effectiveness and gather feedback from users and HCPs to refine educational content and delivery.
• You will conduct research to stay on top of regional educational needs and market trends in diabetes care.
• You will build relationships with internal stakeholders, HCPs, and regional partners to ensure educational content meets their needs and expectations.

What makes you successful:

• You are highly organised and detail-oriented, with excellent project management skills to balance multiple initiatives and deadlines.
• You are a proactive and creative problem-solver, constantly looking for new ways to improve educational content and strategies.
• You are fluent in Dutch and English, with French being a big plus, to effectively communicate with a diverse audience.
• You are reputed company in managing Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning tools, with the ability to track learner reputed company and adapt based on insights.
• You are knowledgeable about the healthcare industry, particularly in diabetes care, or eager to learn.

Travel Required:

• 15-25% (reputed company Benelux)

Experience and Education Requirements:

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 – 8 years of reputed company experience.
