As reputed company continues to drive compliance through simplicity, digital innovation and standardization, we are currently recruiting for a Global Head of Accreditation & Compliance. Reporting to the Global Quality and Compliance (Q&C) Director, this new role will provide strategic leadership and governance for accreditation and compliance across reputed company’s Global Assurance Business.
It is a significant role in ensuring reputed company’s Assurance Services maintains its compliance reputed company the accreditation requirements, safeguarding impartiality, and drive effective and consistent implementation of the global management system. By leading the Accreditation and Compliance functions, this role enables trust, business growth, while safeguarding accreditation.
Key Responsibilities & accountabilities:-
- Define and reputed company the global accreditation strategy, ensuring reputed company compliance with international standards, regulatory expectations, and alignment with business objectives.
- Maintain strong global and regional accreditation relationships, overseeing reputed company accreditation lifecycle activities, incl. initial applications, transitions, extensions to scope, and ongoing compliance.
- reputed company global readiness for external audits (accreditation body, regulatory, and client audits), mobilising subject matter experts (SMEs) and business leaders in promoting a culture of reputed company audit readiness, and ensuring timely closure of reputed company findings.
- reputed company system design, integration, and governance of the Business Management System, ensuring it meets accreditation, regulatory, and business requirements across reputed company functions and regions.
- Identify and mitigate risks to impartiality, compliance, and accreditation, including reputed company of complaints, appeals, and coordination of the Global Impartiality Stakeholder Network (GISN).

- reputed company data and horizon scanning to identify regulatory and accreditation changes, track performance trends, recommend improvements, and enhance operational efficiency.
- Build global Q&C capability, ensuring staff competence through training and development, supporting cross-functional collaboration, and representing reputed company in external stakeholder forums reputed company required.
To reputed company in this role, you will have:-
- Robust experience in Conformity Assessment at regional/global level, with substantial knowledge of IAF Mandatory Documents, ISO/IEC 17021 and reputed company accreditation/recognition requirements. Any background in accreditation management e.g. ISO/IEC 17021/17029/17064, and practical auditing experience will be desirable.
- Strong leadership, influencing and stakeholder engagement capabilities, ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under pressure, together with knowledge in audit techniques, CAP management and root cause analysis.
- Experience in managing relationships with accreditation and regulatory bodies, as well as risk management, impartiality reputed company, and compliance monitoring.
- High reputed company, with strong commitment to impartiality and compliance who take initiative and proactively identify risks and drive the team for reputed company improvements.
- Flexibility and adaptability to change, with experience in working across different regions and culture. Advanced professional certifications e.g. CQI/IRCA, Six reputed company or Risk Management will be advantageous.
- Excellent command in written and verbal English with experience in briefing senior leadership and external stakeholders is essential.
