100% remote Flexible hours Hiring now

Job Description Summary

You want a finance role where the numbers you work with actually shape the future of manufacturing? As FP&A Analyst for Colibrium Additive Printers, you are the finance specialist for the Printers P&L, partnering directly with cost center owners across Laser, EBM and key HQ functions. Your insights will influence how we invest, where we drive productivity, and how Colibrium Additive scales as a global business. You will support and challenge the business, turning complex data into clear actions that improve cost control, profitability, and strategic decision making. You will also help embed FLIGHT DECK / LEAN ways of working, building robust standard work and simplifying financial reporting so teams can focus on what matters.

Job Description

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Partner on the Printers P&L as the key finance business partner across all cost centers (Laser, EBM and selected HQ functions), covering COS, SGA and fixed assets globally and at Lichtenfels.

  • Drive financial operations and productivity by owning spend tracking, PO requisitions, cost productivity projects and supporting month/quarter close, including journal entries and required reporting.

  • Standardize and simplify allocations, reporting and core finance processes with Additive HQ and facility management to reduce complexity, rework and ensure accurate cost allocation to engineering, services and other pillars.

  • Lead planning, forecasting and metrics for the Printers P&L, including budgets, forecasts, hands-on analysis and continuous improvement of cost tracking and analytics models, plus documenting methodology and training stakeholders.

  • Provide decision support through data-driven analysis and recommendations, including preparation of audit support and interaction with internal and external auditors.

  • Champion FLIGHT DECK / LEAN and change by role‑modelling standard work and problem‑solving fundamentals and helping the team adopt lean, transparent financial processes.

Why this role matters:

In this role, you will be at the heart of Colibrium Additive’s financial engine. Your analysis will influence how we grow additive printing technologies, how we allocate resources across Laser and EBM, and how we improve productivity at our Lichtenfels site and beyond. The clarity you bring to the numbers will help leaders make faster, better decisions that ultimately impact our customers and the future of additive manufacturing.

What you bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field

  • Around 3+ years’ experience in financial operations, including reporting and forecasting

  • Strong Excel skills; experience with Oracle ERP is a plus

  • Fluency in English and good German skills

  • Clear, structured communication and the ability to work in a global team

  • Comfort diving into data, analyzing problems and making data‑driven decisions

  • Ability to document and execute processes and initiatives

What you get

  • Opportunity to shape the growth of Colibrium Additive and its Printers P&L

  • Exposure to global stakeholders and cutting‑edge additive technology

  • Flexible working arrangements, where possible, supporting work‑life balance

  • Learning and development in both technical finance and lean/FLIGHT DECK practices
