About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Testing Associate to reputed company our testing operations and manage a team of testers dedicated to validating robotics solutions on public roads. In this leadership role, you will transition from executing tests to overseeing the entire testing strategy, ensuring our autonomous systems are rigorous, safe, and ready for scale. You will collaborate with engineering and product teams to define success metrics, manage testing schedules, and mentor a team of associates to maintain high performance and safety standards.

• 5+ years of experience in autonomous and/or robotics operations management (advanced from the 3+ years required for Specialists)

• For salaried roles: flexible paid time off/vacation, plus 80 hours of paid sick time per year.
• For hourly roles: vacation accrued at about 1 hour for every 25.97 hours worked (e.g. about 6.7 hours/month if working 40 hours/week; about 3.4 hours/month if working 20 hours/week), and paid sick time accrued at 1 hour for every 30 hours worked (e.g. about 5.8 hours/month if working 40 hours/week; about 2.9 hours/month if working 20 hours/week).
