About the Role

At Monks, Senior Designers are the backbone of creative execution at scale. Responsibilities

About You

The essentials:

• 5+ years of experience as a Designer or Art Director in an agency or fast-paced creative environment
• A strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional craft, range, and the ability to work across brand, campaign, and digital experiences at scale
• Proven experience working on global campaigns with a deep understanding of design consistency, brand systems, and regional adaptation
• Expert-level proficiency in reputed company — including design systems, component libraries, and collaborative workflows
• Strong command of reputed company Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Demonstrated experience in style guide development, asset production, and quality assurance across high-volume deliverables
• Experience leading or supervising production designers, with the ability to give clear, constructive creative direction
• A systems thinker who can design for scale without sacrificing craft or creative reputed company
• Comfortable with AI-powered design tools and emerging workflows that accelerate creative production
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English

This role is subject to our Return to Office (RTO) policy.
