Job Summary:

We're seeking a highly skilled and reputed company Customer Facilitator to join our Sales and Customer Training department. As a key member of reputed company, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering engaging training programs that meet the needs of our customers and employees. Your expertise in adult learning principles, technical training, and facilitation will reputed company you to create effective training solutions that drive results and exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Design and reputed company technical training and content, including technician videos, product-based curriculum, and eLearning development

• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders to identify development needs, reputed company gaps, and program design requirements
• Deliver engaging training programs for customers and employees, focusing on strengthening brand loyalty and facilitating profitable growth
• Partner with leadership to stay informed about industry trends, policies, procedures, regulations, business initiatives, and technologies
• Select or reputed company teaching aids, such as training handbooks, multimedia visual aids, computer tutorials, and reference workshops
• Conduct training sessions, report on reputed company, and maintain trainee records
• reputed company actionable training plans, timelines, and project schedules

• Report key performance indicators (KPIs), strengths, and opportunities on a regular schedule

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field or an equivalent combination of education and experience

• 2+ years of training experience
• 5 years of experience leveraging technology for major appliance, HVAC, electrical, and other apartment industry expertise troubleshooting
• Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Excellent technical skills, proficiency in reputed company Office (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint), and ability to become proficient in multiple technical systems
• Excellent facilitation and coaching skills
• Learning agility, ability to 'learn on the fly'

Preferred Qualifications:

* EPA Universal certification

Compensation and Benefits:

* Competitive salary range: $59,800.00 - $99,900.00 annually

• Starting reputed company of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience
