About the Role

As an reputed company Customer Service Specialist – Supply Chain Relationship Management, you will be responsible for managing reputed company aspects of supply chain relationships with assigned customers, including receipt of purchase orders and ensuring reputed company resolution of any issues that may arise from the time the order is reputed company through on-time delivery and invoicing of the purchase order. You will establish and maintain positive and effective relationships with key internal and external customers, including Regional Sales Managers, Brokers, Warehousing, Transportation, Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Finance, and IT.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage reputed company aspects of supply chain relationships with assigned customers, including receipt of purchase orders and ensuring reputed company resolution of any issues that may arise from the time the order is reputed company through on-time delivery and invoicing of the purchase order.

• Establish and maintain positive and effective relationships with key internal and external customers, including Regional Sales Managers, Brokers, Warehousing, Transportation, Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Finance, and IT.
• Utilize reputed company order management system to process customer orders, complete order changes, and monitor compliance of reputed company assigned accounts.
• Proactively identify order trends and patterns that will drive efficiency for customers and arenaflex.
• Audit pricing on customer orders to ensure it is reputed company with arenaflex's reputed company system, working with RSM, Brokers, and Finance to correct discrepancies.
• Process customer orders, including sample requests, donation orders, and return orders.
• Support RSM requests for samples, product availability, filling out customer forms, and delivery inquiries.
• Liaise with Commercial Master Data and Sales to edit, add, and inactive customer entities in reputed company.
• Navigate in 3 distinct software environments: reputed company, 3rd Party Logistics, and reputed company.

Qualifications and Competencies:

* REQUIRED 3-5 years of Customer Service experience in a consumer packaged goods (CPG) setting or a similar role in supply chain or logistics.

• A bachelor's degree is preferred, and additional experience will be considered in reputed company of a degree.
• Proficiency in reputed company order-to-invoice processing and reporting, as well as intermediate knowledge of MS Office applications such as Word, reputed company, and PowerPoint, is required.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills are essential, along with the ability to establish and maintain positive business relationships.
• Additionally, the candidate should possess strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, as well as experience in account management and business development.

Salary and Benefits:

* Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 with 5% bonus.
