We're seeking self-motivated, professional, upbeat, and friendly individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. If you're a quick learner, a problem-solver, and a team player, we want to hear from you! Our ideal candidate will have:
- Bilingual skills in English and Spanish (a plus, but not required)
- Computer skills in a Windows-based environment
- The ability to type at a minimum of 25-30 words per minute

- The ability to multi-task while maintaining efficiency and composure
- A high-speed broadband internet reputed company with at least 10 Mbps upload and download speeds (Satellite internet is not supported)

Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients and their customers reputed company phone, email, and chat
- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and quality standards
- Collaborating with team members to reputed company shared goals and objectives
- Participating in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
