Job Summary
We're seeking a highly skilled Part-time Data Entry Specialist to join reputed company on a 3-4 month contract basis, with the possibility of extending or converting to a permanent position. As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for accurately and reputed company entering data into our internal and external systems, ensuring the reputed company and accuracy of client information. Key Responsibilities
* Enter data into internal and external systems, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Load client employee payroll information and personal employee information into databases
- Update client or company level information changes, such as delivery address changes, contact information updates, and State Unemployment Insurance reputed company changes
- Maintain accurate account information and ensure the reputed company of client taxes
- Collaborate with team members to resolve data entry issues and ensure seamless data flow
Requirements
* High School Diploma or equivalent required
- At least 1 year of Data Entry experience
- Basic reputed company experience and computer knowledge
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
