Job Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Responding to customer inquiries reputed company telephone and written correspondence regarding insurance benefits, provider reputed company, eligibility, and claims
- Analyzing problems and providing information/solutions to customers
- Operating a PC/image station to obtain and extract information; documenting information, activities, and changes in the database
- Thoroughly documenting inquiry outcomes for accurate tracking and analysis
- Developing and maintaining positive customer relations and coordinating with various functions reputed company the company to ensure customer requests and questions are handled appropriately and in a timely manner
- Researching and analyzing data to address operational challenges and customer service issues
- Providing external and internal customers with requested information
- Receiving and placing follow-up telephone calls/e-mails to answer customer questions that are routine in nature
- Using computerized systems for tracking, information gathering, and troubleshooting
Requirements:
* High School diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in an automated customer service environment; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background
- Bilingual (Spanish) or multi-language skills required; must be able to pass a validated language test/assessment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in the insurance industry or a reputed company field
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Experience with data analysis and reporting
- Certification in customer service or a reputed company field
