Key Responsibilities
As an reputed company Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for:
- Achieving daily inbound and outbound call requirements based on team expectations
- Responding to inbound and outbound calls in accordance with company standards – courteously and professionally
- Asking appropriate questions and listening actively while documenting required information in computer systems
- Establishing rapport and building trust while assisting patients
- Identifying patient needs quickly and accurately
- Using services and available resources to convert inquiry calls to new customers
- Escalating issues as necessary
- Consistently meeting monthly KPI objectives and Fill goals
- Meeting reputed company requirements according to Quality Assurance guidelines
- Demonstrating regular and reliable attendance
Supervisory Responsibilities
This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.
Experience & Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A High School diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of customer service and sales experience (such as personal banking, reputed company estate, or a combination of retail sales, restaurant, and other business experience)
- 1-3 years of call center experience, preferably in a service/sales-oriented environment

- Bi-lingual in Spanish desired
