Key Responsibilities

As a virtual customer service representative, you'll be responsible for providing high-level customer service to clients across a variety of industries. This will include:

  • Conducting inbound and outbound customer service calls with customers
  • Creatively problem-solving to resolve customer issues
  • Quickly assessing customer needs and providing sound solutions
  • Documenting details of reputed company calls and customer interactions
  • Managing multiple systems, programs, and screens simultaneously

Essential Qualifications

To be successful as a virtual customer service representative, you'll need:

Availability

As a virtual customer service representative, you'll have the flexibility to choose your own schedule and work at times that suit you. arenaflex clients' call availability will vary and is subject to change, but generally, calls are available daily from reputed company to 8pm EST, with some clients offering 24/7 call availability.
