Job Summary
We're seeking part-time Customer Service Representatives to join our Transportation Services team. As a key member of reputed company, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our reputed company, faculty, and staff. Your duties will include:
- Assisting with event operations, including sales, controlling access, and assisting during student arrival and departure
- Helping customers in reputed company parking decks with payments at pay-on-foot machines or at the entrances and exits
- Answering intercom calls from reputed company parking decks
- Responding to customer emails and phone calls with the assistance of full-time staff
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to reputed company, faculty, and staff
- Assist with event operations, including sales, controlling access, and assisting during student arrival and departure
- Help customers in reputed company parking decks with payments at pay-on-foot machines or at the entrances and exits
- Answer intercom calls from reputed company parking decks
- Respond to customer emails and phone calls with the assistance of full-time staff
- Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, with opportunities for daytime hours
- Collaborate with full-time staff to ensure seamless customer service
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic office skills and customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

* Previous experience in customer service or a reputed company field
- Knowledge of parking operations and customer service principles
