Responsibilities

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in delivering outstanding customer experiences. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Answering inbound calls and providing exceptional service to our clients
• Greeting customers and maintaining a positive and professional demeanor
• Providing information about our products and services, and promoting new opportunities to existing and potential clients
• Documenting and updating customer records to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
• Prospecting new clients and building relationships to drive business growth
• Maintaining files and organizing documents to ensure efficient and effective operations
• Selling insurance products and services to meet and exceed sales targets

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

EXCELLENT VERBAL COMMUNICATION SKILLS

- Bilingual (Spanish and English) with the ability to speak professionally over the phone

• Positive and Professional Demeanor with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
• Ability to Prioritize and Multitask with ease, managing multiple calls and tasks simultaneously
• Reliable transportation to get to work, as our office is not located near public transportation
• Customer Service Experience with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of energy and enthusiasm

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be a significant advantage in this role:

• Insurance experience or knowledge of the industry
• Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Experience working in a call center or customer-facing environment
• Familiarity with CRM software and other customer relationship management tools
