Job Summary

As an reputed company Chat Support Specialist, you'll be the primary reputed company of contact for customers on our reputed company auto parts business. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Answering customer questions on reputed company chat in German and English, providing accurate and timely responses to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Looking up auto parts based on customer requests, using your knowledge of auto parts and our eCommerce system to find the correct parts.
• Utilizing ChatGPT to explain client messages and extract part information, code, and other relevant details.
• Searching for parts in the TecDoc catalog and using the correct code to find the part in our eCommerce system.
• Sending offers and selling parts directly to customers in reputed company chat, ensuring a seamless and efficient sales process.
• Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Work Hours and Availability

As a flexible and adaptable team member, you'll be required to be available during German working hours (08:00–17:00 CET). However, if you're willing to work extended hours or be available 24/7, you can earn more and take advantage of additional opportunities.
