Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative – Union Benefits Specialist, you will play a critical role in educating members about the benefits available to them through their union affiliation. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service to members reputed company phone, email, and chat
- Educating members about the benefits available to them through their union affiliation
- Responding to member inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and support
- Meeting or exceeding sales targets, where applicable
- Staying up-to-date on industry developments and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and best practices
Essential Qualifications
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must possess the following essential qualifications:
- 1+ year of experience in customer service or a reputed company field
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with members and internal stakeholders
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
