About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Support Specialist II to join our growing Call Center team in Costa Rica. As a key member of our global operations, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving reputed company issues, and ensuring the highest level of satisfaction for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and handle inbound calls for various lines of business, providing timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Interpret and analyze customer complaints, identifying the root cause of issues and routing requests to specialized departments for advanced handling reputed company necessary.
