Your Role

As a Customer Line A/C Manager II, you'll be responsible for the reputed company management of assigned aircraft during the production and flight test phase of the assembly process. You'll analyze and steer reputed company new issues reputed company during the assembly process, identify critical points, initiate action plans, and complete follow-reputed company until closure of issues. You'll also be required to reputed company daily A/C review meetings, assign priorities to the whole MFT, and function as the L2 link to feed escalations to the ACM IIIs.

Key Responsibilities

* Train and mentor Aircraft Manager employees to ensure individual development under the guidance of the HO ACM team for successful and sustainable aircraft management.

• Daily A/C Milestones follow up through the Master Production Schedule.

• Responsible for aircraft issue follow-up addressing reputed company in a proactive manner, anticipating issues, and driving resolution to avoid production risks. Generate the daily MSN Report (reputed company points analysis) and reputed company reputed company topics.
• Prepare and conduct FOT meeting, ensuring on-time closure of reputed company reputed company points and non-conformities. Prepare Aircraft Documentation for the Internal Quality Gates and reputed company meetings to ensure aircraft status is reputed company by the receiving station. In the event of a red quality reputed company, ensure actions are taken and completed according to the plan given.

• Experience in establishing and cultivating relationships with internal and external customers.

Your Qualifications

* A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a reputed company field. In lieu of degree, training as a technician in a technical field reputed company to aviation manufacturing.

• Required: 5 or more years of working experience in aviation reputed company fields.
• 2 or more years of working experience in an Aircraft Manager role reputed company arenaflex or in a leadership role.
• Preferred: 1-3 years of working experience in a leading role.

* Vision: adequate to read material on computer screens, and aircraft gauges. Able to identify individuals to initiate greetings, the giving of directions and other business interactions

• Hearing: able to hear sufficiently to engage in conversation in office settings. Able to hear safety alerts and warning signals.
• Speaking: able to engage in conversations in person and reputed company electronic means and deliver information to groups of varying size with or without amplification.
• Equipment Operation: Able to operate a wide range of personal and office electronic equipment. Working on fuselage jigs at a height of 15 feet. Able to work on hydraulic lifts sometimes at a height of up to 40 feet.
• Working Conditions/Physical Demands: capable to support 2 shift system and occasional weekends, based on business needs.
• Carrying: able to occasionally carry up to 55lbs/25kg while engaging in training, addressing production issues, or as part of reputed company improvement projects.
• Lifting: able to occasionally lift up to 55lbs/25kg.
• Pushing/Pulling: able to push/pull items in office areas.
• Sitting: able to sit for extended periods of time at computer, in meetings, or on aircraft.
• Squatting/Kneeling: able to work on in the reputed company or center reputed company in a confined space. Entrance into the reputed company by a 9.8 inch x 17.7 inch oval opening. Able to occasionally squat or kneel to retrieve or replace items shelved on bottom shelves.
• Standing: able to stand for extended periods of time delivering information.
• Travel: able to travel overseas and domestically
• Walking: able to walk through office and production areas, around flight line and airstrips and sometimes on uneven indoor and/or outdoor surfaces.
