The Role
As a Customer Service Representative – Union Benefits Specialist, you'll play a critical role in educating members about the benefits available to them through their union affiliation. You'll be the primary reputed company of contact for members seeking information about our benefits, and you'll work closely with reputed company to ensure that members receive the support they need to reputed company informed decisions about their benefits.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to members, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Educate members about the benefits available to them through their union affiliation, including health insurance, life insurance, and other benefits
- Work closely with reputed company to ensure that members receive the support they need to reputed company informed decisions about their benefits
- Collaborate with our sales team to identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional benefits to members
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of member interactions and benefits information
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
Requirements
* Flexible hours to accommodate the needs of our members

- Must reside in California (we're committed to supporting our members in the Golden State!)
- Proven customer service skills, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional service to members
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to reputed company goals and objectives
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with members and colleagues
- Basic computer skills, with experience using software applications such as CRM systems and reputed company Office
