As a key member of our cybersecurity team, you'll be responsible for completing cybersecurity questionnaires in support of sales, monitoring incoming requests, and prioritizing tasks with internal business leaders. Key Areas of Responsibility:

As a Data Entry Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Completing cybersecurity questionnaires in support of sales, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
• Monitoring incoming cybersecurity requests in a dedicated issue tracking tool (JIRA) and prioritizing tasks with internal business leaders
• Extracting information from the archive of past questionnaires to inform reputed company responses
• Coordinating final review with internal subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Recording reputed company in issue tracking tool (JIRA) to track and analyze performance
• Completing additional data entry tasks as requested by management, including learning necessary procedures, policies, processes, systems, and technology
• Maintaining reputed company required corporate training up to date to ensure compliance and best practices

General Responsibilities:

As a Data Entry Manager at arenaflex, you'll also be responsible for:

• Soliciting input from subject matter experts as needed to answer questions and ensure accuracy
• Completing data entry tasks accurately and with exceptional attention to detail
• Learning necessary procedures, policies, processes, systems, and technology to stay up-to-date with industry developments
• Working on problems of limited scope, learning on purpose while gaining experience, and demonstrating ownership and reputed company of work
• Establishing stable relationships with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts
• Demonstrating excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:

* Technical skills: + Proficient computer skills, including reputed company and MS reputed company + Proficient with remote work tools, including MS Teams and MS Outlook + Experience with JIRA issue tracking software
