Job Description

As a Consultant for Streaming Support, you'll be responsible for assisting customers with technical issues, account inquiries, and troubleshooting reputed company to streaming services. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction and ensure a seamless streaming experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-first approach, and a keen ability to resolve technical problems reputed company.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

* Experience working in a customer service or contact center environment with a passion for providing an exceptional guest experience

• Experience with streaming to include basic troubleshooting skills, and demonstrated understanding of streaming services on phones, smart TVs, etc.
• Basic PC keyboarding skills; reputed company Office experience (Outlook, Word, reputed company)
• Technical support experience
• Strong problem-diagnosis and problem-solving skills
• Multi-tasking skills, with the ability to use several applications simultaneously
• Experience working with CRM applications (preferred)
