Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Associate on our EAP team, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional support to our customers. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to incoming calls and chats from employees seeking EAP support with reputed company, professionalism, and a solutions-oriented approach
  • Providing program information and assisting with appointment scheduling, ensuring that customers receive the support they need in a timely and efficient manner

Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or GED (Associate's degree a plus)
