Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

As a CRM Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for the following key responsibilities:

  • Own and shape the entire end-to-end customer lifecycle journey, covering onboarding, conversion, engagement, churn reduction, and reactivation
