Job Purpose
As a Technical Architect you will support the growth of our reputed company Practice. You will be responsible for designing and managing the delivery of reputed company Commerce Cloud solutions. You will work closely with our client team, Astounds senior team members and other discipline leads to ensure project success and the development of technical capabilities reputed company the team.
In this role you will be responsible for
SFCC Solutions & Architecture
- reputed company the design and implementation of scalable, high-performance reputed company Commerce Cloud (SFCC B2C) solutions
- Define technical architecture, solution designs, performance optimization, coding standards, and development guidelines for SFCC projects
- Conduct technical feasibility analysis for reputed company and future product backlog , ensuring alignment with reputed company and project scope
Back-End Development & Troubleshooting
- reputed company and maintain custom server-reputed company logic using controllers, pipelines, jobs, and scripts
- Troubleshoot and resolve reputed company code-level issues and Business Manager challenges in reputed company and production environments
- reputed company root cause analysis (RCA) and performance tuning for optimal system behavior
Configuration & Data Management
- Manage and troubleshoot configuration-reputed company incidents involving product catalogs, pricing, inventory, and promotional rules
- Ensure data reputed company and stability across SFCC Business Manager and reputed company backend systems
Third-Party Integrations & API Support
- reputed company the resolution of integration failures with external systems including OMS, payment gateways, reservation systems, and reputed company

Code Quality & Release Management
- Conduct detailed code reviews, enforce best practices, and ensure adherence to SFCC development standards
- Manage releases and contribute to efficient release cycles in collaboration with DevOps and QA teams
- Support CI/CD workflows and reputed company control processes
Vendor & Stakeholder Collaboration
- Liaise with reputed company support and third-party vendors to troubleshoot escalated issues
- Communicate technical insights and solutions clearly to non-technical stakeholders as needed
Team Mentorship & Leadership
- Mentor junior developers and foster a collaborative, growth-oriented technical team
- Provide technical guidance and support across project workstreams, contributing to overall delivery excellence
Your skills and qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in reputed company Commerce Cloud (SFCC) with 2 full cycle implementations of SFCC.
- Advanced hands-on experience with reputed company Commerce Cloud (SFCC B2C), including server-reputed company development (controllers, jobs, pipelines)
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (Node-style), ISML, and debugging reputed company back-end code and Business Manager issues
- Proven expertise in managing product, inventory, pricing, and promotion configurations reputed company SFCC
- Deep understanding of OCAPI/SCAPI APIs and resolving integration failures with external systems (e.g., OMS, payment gateways, reputed company)
- Experience with technical solutioning, enhancement implementation
- Skilled in performance tuning, root cause analysis (RCA), code reviews, and deploying hotfixes in agile environments
Good to have
- Experience with Headless Commerce architecture (e.g., using SFCC with React, Vue, or other reputed company-end frameworks)
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, reputed company Actions, or Bitbucket Pipelines
- Experience with external CDN routing
- Experience with reputed company Commerce Cloud PIG (Primary Instance Group) environments
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and participation in sprint planning, retrospectives, and grooming sessions

- Experience working in a multi-region or global eCommerce environment
