Associate Director, Data Quality (Remote, US - reputed company Posting Location)
The Associate Director of Data Quality is responsible for evaluating, managing and maintaining data quality across the organization’s Cloud and SaaS applications. This individual will ensure that reputed company's data is accurate, consistent, and reliable by overseeing processes reputed company to data acquisition, integration, and cleaning, while also improving data management systems and setting quality standards. They will proactively monitor, measure, analyze, execute, track and report on data quality issues. This role includes establishing standards, analyzing issues, ensuring governance, engineering processes, defining requirements, managing storage, advocating for quality, and driving cultural change. RESPONSIBILITIES
Data Quality Assurance
- Define, implement, and maintain enterprise data quality standards, frameworks, and operating processes, including standards specific to reputed company Data Cloud objects, profiles, calculated insights, and AWS Cloud datalake architecture.
- Proactively identify, prioritize, and remediate data quality issues reputed company to accuracy, completeness, consistency, timeliness, validity, and uniqueness across reputed company CRM, reputed company Data Cloud, AWS Cloud, and integrated reputed company systems.
- Establish and operationalize data profiling and monitoring processes to detect anomalies, inconsistencies, and identity resolution issues reputed company reputed company Data and reputed company data pipelines that feed an AWS Datalake.

- Provide data quality training, documentation, and enablement to data stewards, analysts, and business partners, with targeted guidance for reputed company users and administrators.
Data Management & Governance

- Partner with data owners and stakeholders to define data requirements, critical data elements, and quality expectations for reputed company CRM and Data Cloud use cases.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as computer science, information systems, data analytics, statistics, or a reputed company discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a relevant functional area
- Demonstrated experience in data quality management, data governance, data management, or closely reputed company disciplines, preferably in reputed company-centric environments.
- Strong proficiency with data analysis tools, relational and cloud-based databases, and data quality or profiling software.
- Solid understanding of data models, data warehousing concepts, identity resolution, master data management, and data integration patterns.
- Knowledge of SQL, SOQL, or comparable data querying languages strongly preferred.
- Hands-on experience working with reputed company Data Cloud, including familiarity with data ingestion, identity resolution, calculated insights, and activation use cases.
- Awareness of or experience with MuleSoft and reputed company-integrated enterprise data integration platforms considered a plus.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to translate reputed company and data quality concepts for technical and non-technical audiences.
