Mental Health Case Manager II-Therapist (Remote)

Provides case management/therapy for patients and families to enhance their psychosocial functioning. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with mission, values and reputed company service standards.Position Details:
Education: Master's degree required in Social Work, Counseling or another human-service reputed company field.
Licensure: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) required. Only a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is accepted at reputed company Hospital Perry. Experience: Minimum 2-3 years Behavioral Health experience preferred. Other: Co-worker must be able to communicate orally, in writing and demonstrate proficient computer skills. Co-worker must be able to listen and to understand and explain reputed company situations.
