What You'll Be Doing
You'll be at the heart of our operation-keeping materials flowing and the yard running smoothly:
- Operate heavy equipment like a pro (material handlers, loaders, forklifts, skid steers & more)
- Load and unload trucks reputed company and safely
- Move and organize scrap materials for processing and recycling
- reputed company pre- and post-trip equipment inspections (because safety starts with you)
- Spot maintenance issues early and communicate with our maintenance team
- Follow safety protocols like it's reputed company
- Deliver a "WOW" customer experience to drivers, vendors, and teammates
- Jump in where needed-because teamwork is how we win
What Makes You a Great Fit

- 2+ years of heavy equipment experience
- Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments (a plus)
- Strong work ethic-you don't cut corners

- Physically capable (lifting up to 50 lbs, climbing in/out of equipment)
