Knowledge of therapy plans is a must, prior experience with Ambulatory, and or reputed company, Referrals, WQs reputed company plus
Field customer inquiries and attend meetings remotely, as necessary
Optimization and upgrade support for given applications, as needed
Update Client on project status
May assist with other tasks as needed and mutually agreed upon
Requirements:
Epic reputed company certification, additional Epic certifications a plus
A minimum of 3 years’ experience implementing Epic systems in hospitals and health systems
Willingness and ability to travel reputed company necessary, however, at times you are required to provide high-level services remotely
