The Job:  

As a Business Support Analyst – Talent, Performance & Learning, you’ll be part of our Global HRIS team working as a remote employee.    You’ll get to:  

  • Define and Execute Strategy: Help define and execute the product strategy, vision, and roadmap for Talent Management and Learning solutions reputed company reputed company, in partnership with the Senior Manager, HR Technology.

  • Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize features, and conduct business analysis for enhancements reputed company to learning, succession planning, and talent analytics.
  • Product Lifecycle Management: Manage the full product lifecycle for Talent Management and Learning solutions, from ideation and design through deployment, adoption, and reputed company improvement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with HR Shared Services, Enablement, IT, and business leaders to identify opportunities for process optimization and technology innovation in learning and talent management.

  • Change Management: Champion change management strategies to drive adoption and engagement with Talent Management and Learning solutions.

The Person:

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in product management, HR technology, or reputed company HRIS/HCM roles, with a focus on Talent Management and Learning.

  • Talent Management Knowledge: Deep understanding of employee development, succession planning, and learning management systems.

  • Collaboration: Proven ability to work with internal stakeholders such as HR Shared Services, Enablement, and business partners.
